If you're held in contempt for a Child Support Order, can this affect your Parenting Plan or residential schedule?

The two are generally considered separate matters.

A commonly used phrase is, "Child support is not a ticket to see the children". In other words, visitation rights are not generally compromised when the NCP doesn't pay CS.
