Police Aren't Providing Protection to Battery Victim

My brother in law is wanted with a warrant since March 2007 from the Immigration Court.
He lost his papers and that is the reason, they put him on a warrant.

For that reason, he can not go to police or court.

So, he is a fugitive. Got it.

If he is unwilling to challenge things in court himself, then he really has no grounds to complain. He will not be able to file suit by proxy.

Then he has created a situation where he has rendered himself unable to take any legal action to try and clear his name ... if, indeed, he could. He is a fugitive from justice himself which already greatly damages his credibility.

But they even put his full name and the full name from my sister and full birthdate in Youtube and created a nasty video about them.
They even put a 1-800-898-7180 Number in there and created lies with the 1-800-number.

Frankly Iam honest, he and my sister are wanted in Germany too.
But they did not do bad things to children.

How can we stop the bad writing in the internet?

Well, if he was able to, he could seek a court order ... but, he cannot go before a court to seek such an order.

Posting derogatory web pages is not generally a crime, it is a civil matter. But, for there to be a case for libel he will have to not only articulate damages but also come forward to file suit. he cannot do that because he is a fugitive from justice as you have stated. So, until he is willing to clear his name and also risk trial for immigration violations, he will not have an opportunity for justice. I just don't think you grasp that concept.
