Two questions:

1st Question: I entered into a verbal agreement with an individual to sell some of her personal possessions. I have telephoned her requesting that she pick of the remaining items that I have been holding for over 3 years and she has made no attempt to do so. Can I legally dispose of it and what steps do I need to take to dispose of it now?

2nd Question: An employee who terminated her employment with a local nonprofit agency in our area left a large box of her personal items, including her Social Security Card, at the nonprofit agency's main office. Requests have been made of her to remove the items over the last month and a half but she has made no arrangements or attempt to remove them. How can these items be disposed?
