Turned Over for Collection Even Though I Was Making Payments

Thank you for your kind reply,;look at the other post and people are just mean.I don't understand and thats why I asked in this forum.I am still waiting for the supervisor to call me,for not keeping her word.Thank you again for being decent with my questions and concerns,

No and I kept my word,and paid every bill this is why I don't understand why she turned it over,When I called about the collection the receptionist had said she didn't understand why the supervisor did what she did,that is what is so upsetting,the new contract was in affect the 11 of August,and I had paid ed that in full.I still am upset that she turned it over when I kept my promise to pay?Any help would be so appreciate please,thank you

If you aren't being sued, there is nothing to do other than keeping your commitment and pay as agreed.

The hospital back tracked and set up new payment schedule,stooped the collection process.I had asked to speak to her supervisor,and within 10 minutes my call was returned and we worked out a new payment plan.They must have realized that,they didn't keep their word.Retracted being turned over,I am so relieved,thank you all that really listen and helped and you all know whom you are thank you again.
