    Exclamation Interpol Warrants

    Hello

I'm a girl from Saudi Arabia , I have some serious problems with my family . Therfore , I have decided to travel and live in another country (Canda - Australia - New zealand ). But I have heard and read that when I run away my family could report my name to the police and the interpol could bring me back against my will !!
Is this true ? plz provide me with only certain info because if I returned back I'll be killed or at least prisoned

    thank you in advance.

Interpol doesn't send out agents to arrest you. I have no idea what sort of crimes your family might report to the authorities, true or false, or whether their claims would be enough to trigger a notice from Interpol, but it will be up to the nation in which you are at the time of any such warrant to decide whether and how to handle the warrant, and you will be able to avail yourself of the laws of that nation to try to fight extradition. Laws vary by nation.

It involves both and the relationship between the two countries. Some countries extradite to other requesting countries quite easily. Some countries simply refuse to extradite to certain countries. It is based on the relationship between the two countries involved.

The situation would need to be reviewed with the specifics of the situation known to be able to give any real advice. Obviously there are too many unknowns to give you any solid advice.

This sight deals with US law. Unless somebody is well versed in both international law and the laws of the specific countries that will be involved, I doubt you will get any real answer to your questions here. I would suggest you contact a lawyer the deals with international law as well as the laws of Saudi Arabia and whatever country you intend on escaping to so they can address your specific situation. Given the gravity of the situation, getting your answers from an internet forum would be a disservice to you.
