State is Texas

my boyfriend was served with Motion for Enforcement and License Suspension and for Suit for Modification of Support Order, (from the texas attorney general's office) stating that he had to file a written answer to the motions within so many days, he has since paid all past due amounts but the courts are saying he still has to file the written answer stating what plan he has for the future and also to provide income documetns for the modification suit. my ? is does anyone know where i might could find an example form or case file that was of the same nature so i could get some idea of what im even supposed to be writing and what format i needed to type it in. it has 2 be filed at the first of next week and i am totally lost on what 2 do
