Sexual abuse and custody in Finland

I have a 2 1/2 year old son with a Finnish man. We have joint custody. I want to gain full custody of my son, and I'm sure the father will never agree. However, he abused me from the age of 14 and had sex with me the first time when I was 17. He was 25 (he's 8 years older than me), which I understand is a felony in Florida, where it happened. Although I didn't have the baby until I was 20, do you think it would be possible to use sexual abuse as an argument for gaining full custody, even though it was never reported at the time? We currently live in Finland. How should I start, by reporting the abuse now in Florida, or to the Finnish social services who take care of custody issues?
