Charged with Domestic Violence
Recently, My Girlfriend And I Got Into An Arguement In Broward County Florida. To Make A Long Story Short, She Physically Came At Me And Because She Was Drunk, She Fell In Her Rage And Hit The Back Of Her Her Head On Something. She Then Called The Police And Told Them I Was Trying To Harm Her Because I Told Her She Had To Move Out Of My House Asap Because The Relationship Was Clearly Going Nowhere. Needless To Say, They Took Me Away And Would Not Let Me Out Of Jail Because She Does Not Have A Job And Had No Money Or Place To Stay But My House And There Was A 1 Mile Restraining Order Of Contact With Her. She Has Moved Out Now And I Am Home With A Gps On My Ankle. My Court Date Is Approx 2 Weeks Away And I Am Very Worried That They Might Sentence Me Because Of The Charges And That I Was Already On Probation For A Dui I Got In Another State Over A Year Ago. I Have Never Been Charged W/ Domestic Violence Before But I Am Still Worried That I Might Have To Go Back To Jail Even Though I Was Already There For 6 Days As She Was Moving Out Of My House... What Is Going To Happen??
