Default Should i need write a victim's impact statement
hi everybody: i live in vancouver. last week my boyfriend hit me(just use his hand push my face to the back), i was scared with that, then i called 911. now he have to go to the court next month.
i don't want he get big trouble. what can i do for him now? i found the VICTIM IMPACT STATEMENT write: the information in your VICTIM IMPACT STATEMENT can also be used to assist the court at bail hearings, especially if you have indicated that you do no wish the accused to have contact with you.
so, should i need to write the VICTIM IMPACT STATEMENT to the court? i don't have physical impact and financial impact, just got scare.
if you are a lawyer in vancouver and can give me help, please leave your contact information.thank you for your answer.

Given your skills with the English language, it would be better if you did not write such a statement, perhaps you should contact his attorney?
