Can you file form I-130 and i-485 together?
I am in Miami, Florida.

I am a US citizen. My husband is from Germany. We have been married for 4 years. We want to apply for a green card for him. He is currently in the USA with a 3 month tourist visa until November.

My questions are:

1. Can forms I-130 and i-485 be filed together?

2. If yes:

i. Where must they be filed?;
ii. With what other forms/documents must they be filed with?
