Unhappy Enforcement Through Contempt for Nonpayment of Child Support

My question involves child support in the State of: GA
took my ex to court he is still refusing to pay c/s or arrears, filed with child support office, they are not doing anything at this point because a date at court is set until Dec
until then am paying everything on my own and is really hard 2 kids. so i decided to take him to civil court. to determine and serve a warrant to his arrest. found in contempt was set a bond of 2,500 and what he owes for c/support.
in there he even show a partial payment of child/s. a money order was not given to me , while they were taking him to jail but just found out through court that he bailed out the same day with property papers. of his house.
    now he is out
question what about child support order to pay???,the money order that he showed at court? because i took him to court myself now child s/ office said they don't have anything to do with it. so any payments really is not their business at court. the judge told me that any payment will be send to the office then to my account, this happened last week and nothing still, he is out , no payment has been made am so sad and upset. the only thing they told me they turned the case to DA office so what is going to happened after that?, it is going to be a court date for him? please am so confused and disappointed he is really laughing got away with it.
    Is HE?

He showed a copy of a money order to somebody, and claimed to whomever that person was that it was used for child support.... Who is this person and when they asked you if you had received the money order and you said "no", what did they do?

Is the issue here that the money order you did not receive was sufficient to cover his support debt, and thus that he's claiming to have purged himself of contempt?

Please try to organize your thoughts so that your meaning is clear. Thanks.
