Default Proof of Video Evidence in Police Report

My question involves police conduct in the State of: Florida.

The police report for my incident states there is video evidence that links me to said incident. It's a felony battery charge, my question is am I entitled to getting a copy of said video evidence with a discovery request or any other request? How can I go about doing this?

    Thanks

Default Re: Proof of Video Evidence in Police Report

It definitely sounds like something that is quite in the realm of discovery. Your lawyer should definitely make the request if he feels he can learn something from it.
