Can I say who can and cannot transport my child?

Im going to mediation tommorow and my childs dad wants to keep my daughter over night during the week, but he has to be at work by 7:30 and she has preschool in another city and does not start until 8:30am. When I asked him who is going to get her to school, he said he would find somebody. I realldy dont want random people driving my child around, I dont let anyone drive my children around except for my self...not even my boyfriend. Can i put a stipulation that the person has to be either blood related or related by marriage?

It's his parenting time, so unless you can document that he's using somebody grossly inappropriate, such as an unlicensed driver, I doubt it.
