    Question Arrears After Adoption

    My question involves child support in the State of: Georgia

    If my husband does a step-parent adoption to adopt the 2 boys will my ex (NCP) still be responsible to pay the ARREARS he owes the boys? or will that be 'erased'?

    He owes you not the boys...

    He will be responsible for the arrears.
