How Do I Obtain a Title for a Car That Has Been Towed and Owner Has Not Picked Up
My question involves towing laws for the State of: Pa I towed a vehicle from a private lot 30 days ago and have not heard from the owner. I know I need to get owner info and notify him and any lien holder but need to know what type of hearing I request to receive either the title or money due for the tow and storage

by what right or request did you tow the vehicle?

The vehicle was towed from a private lot that I patrol and have posted. I dont know if it matters but this is the third time I have towed this car and have returned it twice before.

The law governing towing liens and disposition of abandoned vehicles is discussed in Harkovich v. Pfirrmann, 426 Pa. Superior Ct. 478, 627 A.2d 776 (1993).
