Deferred Sentence That Was Dismissed Still Showing Up on Background Reports

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Washington

A couple years ago I was arrested with another person who had 2 ecstacy pills on them. I was arrested for the reason of "posession of a controlled substance without a prescription - felony" this was reduced to a lesser charge of criminal solicitation, which I received a referred sentence for, and was dismissed (I have no other criminal activity). When I run a background check through Washington State Patrol, absolutely NOTHING comes up. But when a landlord ran my background check, it shows both the felony and misdemeanor information, and that it was dismissed. I was contingently offered a great new job, pending results of a background/drug screen. They use the washington state patrol database AND Intelius. Will this cause me not to pass my background check? The application only asks if I have been convicted of any crimes, which I have not. PLEASE HELP!!!

Ultimately you don't have any convictions.it's sucks but backround checks are gonna show the original charge and that it was dismissed. It just luck it the employer will see and how they handle it. Just answer all questions honestly.
