My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Colorado

I have a lease between a boyfriend-girlfriend couple whom are splitting up. The boyfriend provided his credit information and the lease is written with him as the tenant; however, both signed the lease. The wording of the lease states "this lease agreement made and entered into this _____ day of ______ by and between myself and the boyfriend."

Is the girlfriend legally bound to the lease since she signed the lease?
