Default Loaned Money to Someone to Purchase a Truck

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: PA
I lent someone I was living with money to purchase a truck.
My name is on the registration and I hold the title.
He took the truck's key, so I can not take possesion of the truck.
He was making monthly, then bimonthly payments up to this month.
We both belong to the same credit union, so he would transfer the money from his account to mine. I can print out statements showing these transactions.

I can get the original, personal check that was used to pay for the truck, also, is necessary.
When I left, I left him with furniture and appliances, which he also was going to pay me for.

What are my options in trying to continue to collect this debt?

Or report the truck as stolen to the police.

But the truck hasn't been stolen. The person who possesses the truck was / is buying it.

I think he stopped paying on the truck and she now wants the truck back? I may be wrong.

    That's not a theft.
