Employer Claims Overpayment of Vacation Time

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: California
I have been injured at work since april 4th. The doctor has allowed me to return to work and apun return the boss approached me and said they over paid me when I was off and the value was over $900. I make 17.04 an hr and I thought I had 70 hrs of vac and sick. I was told I get 66% of my wages and can pick up the remaining from work as I did 20 hrs every 2 weeks. This does not seem right as 70 hr is I was paid out right only comes 1192.8 and only received 5 checks from them. Now per check I got $200 take home for 4 of the checks the last one I got $98 on take home alone does not even come to $900.... Is there a law saying how much the employer can pay so I can do some figures to make sure I am not getting robbed per say.

If you were overpaid, you were overpaid.

What checks are you talking about? Your employer would not be recouping overpayment of vacation time from your worker's comp benefits.
