Default Filling Out a Petition of Non Disclosure

My question involves criminal records for the state of: Texas

I am filling out a petition of non disclosure for Denton County in Texas. At the very top, the form requires the name and designation of court. I'm not sure what to put there. I want to be sure because I've heard that little mistakes can cause your petition not to be approved. Could you tell me what information goes here? Is it the court where the hearing will be held for the petition or is it the original court where the case came from? Please help! Thanks!

Default Re: Filling Out a Petition of Non Disclosure

At risk of being simplistic, how about putting in the name and designation of the court? I can't see the form from here, but I expect we're talking about something along the lines of "Criminal Cournt #5 for the County of Denton".

I am not aware of a state in which you file a petition for expungement anywhere but the original court in which the prosecution occurred. You're stating that Denton County hears expungements in a different court?
