My question involves seller disclosure for real estate in the state of:florida
I bought a home,no inspection and after having some plumbing issues found out my septic tank is under the concrete slab of my house,6 inches of dirt between the two and the lid cant be removed to pump without jackhammering the floor///this is a owner finance in witch the previous owners son was acting real estate agent on there side
and i had my own...am I responsible or they or the title company that did the closeing
