Seller Disclosure in Florida

My question involves seller disclosure for real estate in the state of:florida
I bought a home,no inspection and after having some plumbing issues found out my septic tank is under the concrete slab of my house,6 inches of dirt between the two and the lid cant be removed to pump without jackhammering the floor///this is a owner finance in witch the previous owners son was acting real estate agent on there side
and i had my own...am I responsible or they or the title company that did the closeing

Why did you choose not to have an inspection, particularly of a house with a septic field?

What evidence do you have that the seller was aware of this issue? Exactly what does the seller's disclosure state about the septic system?

The title company has nothing to do with this issue.
