My fiance was deported after serving 4 yrs for possesion of marijuana, part of his deal was voluntariy deportation. His papers said he had to wait three years to apply for rentry, what are his chances. Also, will us marrying before the 3yrs is up hurt or help the chances. Also what is the best way to find a qualified immigration attorney.
