Post Twenty-three year old with a pregnant 17-year-old girlfriend

I have a question I am 23 years old my gf is 17. In Texas. I know the age of consent is 17, however her mother has sent her to Florida with her sister. Do we have any type of rights sense she is pregnant with my child she will be 18 in 5 months, but I do not want to be that long without her especially since she is 2 months pregnant. Can her mother make her stay over there. Also is it possible for her mother to say I raped her since she is not her to say other wise even though she is at her age of consent.??

She is still a minor under her parents control.

How long until she turns 18?

How many months pregnant is she?

Her parents can not do anything against me since the age of consent in TX is 17 right?

From the facts that you have given....

Not under this chapter, which is where you will find the statutory rape and other offenses.

Of course, they could always cry rape, but that would need to be proven.

My advice is to wait until she is 18, and then take things from there.

What rights does my girlfriend have such as where she wants to have our son/or daughter treateded as far as medically is concerned. I know her mother has rights over her daughter. But can she really force her to stay over there. Or is there someone my girlfriend can call to help her come back to san antonio and talk to a judge. Because she cant speak for herself if she is over there. What are the options, can I talk to a judge on her behalf??? After all that is my child.

If you mean to go to court for some type of court order, she would go to the court in her county of legal domicile.
