Default Can Your Employer Require You to Get Worker's Comp Care Outside of Work Hours

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: California

Does it state somewhere in the regulations that the employer can require employee's to schedule any follow-up or physical therapy appointments outside of their work schedule?
We have some employee's who work regular day shifts and some appt's must be scheduled during work hours; however, for those employee's who are off midday, it's expected that they schedule appt's around their work schedules. Does the employer have rights to enforce this?

I appreciate any help on this!

Sorry, I meant to place this in the Workers' Comp forum. I'm unsure how to move it.

    Default Re: W/Comp Appt's

It is reasonable for an injured employee who can still work, to schedule therapy sessions outside of work hours if it can be done. If not, then it is reasonable for the employer to let such employee go to their therapy sessions. Such employee who has to use work-time for their therapy is eligible for TTD payments for any time they miss work.
