    Default Multiple Debt Collection Letters from the Same Collection Agency

    My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Missouri

    Today I received four debt collection letters from the same collection agency Central Credit Services, Inc. All four are collecting on a debt from Sallie Mae. Each one has a different amount on it and a slightly different account number. I want to send a debt verification letter but I don't know if I need to send one for each one or if I can just write one letter for all of the debts. I'm not sure what to do I can't really afford this right now.

    well, since there are four debts and each is apparently a separate account, you would need to seek validation of each individual account.
