Default Post-conviction relief for a speedy trial violation
The supreme court recently granted cert in the Zedner case regarding speedy trial. What recommendations can be given for post conviction relief on this basis. What motions can be filed to get back into court on this issue?

You're speaking of a federal charge? How was the issue preserved for later review?
