My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: Montana

My confidentiality agreement with an employer discusses the term of confidentiality post employment as the "Confidentiality Period".

Nowhere else in the document is this period addressed or defined. Is this a general error on the part of the employer or is there a set defined period of confidentiality known as the "Confidentiality Period"?
