How to Accompany Wife Who is in United States

Sir,
I am living in india i was divorced and got married to us citizen girl she is in usa,she visited india last year she is indian origin, she is pregnant now a days, Actually i still have some bad traces from my earlier marriage, i got my divorce paper but still few false criminal cases are still pending on me in india which was done by my x-wife just to harrass me so i cant go out of the country. i want to go to usa to accompany my wife but we have not applied I-130 since i dont have police clearance bcuz of the criminal cases.My question is can my us citizen wife can help me through a lawyer from america? Can a american lawyer send any sort of papers to indian court to complete those criminal cases on priority basis in india, as i m going to have a child and my wife is alone in usa it is essential for me to be with my wife.

I have no reason to believe that a court in India would give any weight to a letter from a lawyer in the U.S. suggesting that it drop criminal charges, or expedite its handling of those charges.
