Default Unemployment Compensation Falsely Being Withheld

My unemployment has been withheld so far a month and a half. I have spoken to numerous people and they keep running me in circles. They clain the reason they have not deposited the money is because my employer never reported my earnings. However, this is not true because when I filed my income taxes in 2010...a used a wage statement given to me from my employer. How are they able to hold funds owed for illegitamite reasons???? I have faxed them wage earnings etc...and they are not handling this in a timely manner. Is there anything I can do to get the ball rolling, especially since this should have never happened in the first place. I feel like they are losing their own paper work and do not have a clue of what is going on. How can I find someone to hold accountable for this?

It would be nice if you provided your state.

And just because your employer gave you a statement of your earnings does not mean he made the proper contributions to the UC.
