Expunging Drug, Paraphernalia and Drunk Driving Charges

My question involves criminal law for the state of: South Dakota

I had a charge for pot possession in mid 04 and a paraphernalia charge in mid 08the latter was coupled with a dui ::facepalm:: my question is how do i go about getting these expunged or sealed? I have the link for the form, and of course will fill that out, so I guess what Im really asking is whats the likelihood of getting this accomplished? I am currently in AA/NA and have been totally clean for over a year, also I do quite a bit of volunteer work for the church I attend. Should I get letters from some members of these groups? What would help my case? Thanks in advance, and if you need any other info about my scenario, lemme know.
