Violation of business only license in Tampa, Florida

i have a clean record. refused breathelizer (in turn got automatic one year admin suspension) got not guilty verdict. i was 3 weeks shy of completing my one year administrative suspension of my liscense. i took the dui classes got a business only liscense. the officer ran my tags and questioned me. will i do jail in tampa florida for this? what are the typical 1st time bus violation repurcussions?

I am assuming that you have already been charged, but just to be clear - you received a citation for violating the restrictions on your license?

If you could share the charge from your citation, it will help people figure out the potential penalty. As for what the outcome is likely to be in your county, that's a question best answered by a local lawyer. Around here (which doesn't mean much as it's a different state) you would probably get probation, but would also face an additional driver's license suspension.
