Unhappy Personal Property
Hello,

My Car Was Just Repoed And The Creditor Told Me That If I Am Not Going To Get Pay Him To Get The Car Back, I Had To Pay Him $375 In Order To Get My Personal Property And Tag Out Of The Car. He Said He Had To Pay For The Car To Get Repoed So Therefore I Have To Pay Him Back. Can He Actually Hold My Property Until I Pay Him For My Car Being Repoed Or Do I Even Have To Pay Him At All In Order To Get My Personal Property?

Laws vary by state, so you have to help us out by telling us where this happened.
