Default Finding Out Who's Looking Up Your Criminal Record

My question involves private investigators in the state of: Montana

Is it possible to find out if a person has searched another persons criminal record and then be able to identify the person who performed the search?

    Default Re: Criminal Record

If you know exactly how the search was conducted, and every service that was utilized also allows third parties to know who conducted the searches, then I guess so. But realistically speaking, no.
