Question Repo Car
My car was repossed from me. I spoke to an employee at the car lot I bought the car from and he told me in order to get my car back, I have to pay the car off in full, and they are only giving me 15 days to come up with the money. My question to you is, can they do that to me and get away with it.

My response:

Only in Alaska. Do you live in Alaska?

You're such a kidder, IAAL. But I am curious - is that actually the law in Alaska?

frydaii12 - if you want an answer you have to tell us the state where this occurred.

[QUOTE=Mr. Knowitall]

You're such a kidder, IAAL.

MY RESPONSE: I know, but doesn't it make life more fun and interesting? Sure, I could have merely asked for his State name, but that's just too boring to read. I like having fun, mixed with law. Law can be so dry.

But I am curious - is that actually the law in Alaska?

MY RESPONSE: I have no clue. I was merely trying to evoke a response in a nice, fun, way.

MY RESPONSE: And, there it is - - the question!

Nice to read you're in a better mood today, Mr. Knowitall - - or, at least, it appears that you are.
