Expunging a Drug Trafficking Felony

My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: Indiana.
I was 19 and got a class d felony for selling cocaine I served two years. Since I have earned two degrees and started a family. However I am having a hard time because of the felony. I heard that if a person has been out of trouble for 5 years and has only one felony he can get it expunged. How do I do this. It's been 13 years.

Indiana is one of the harshest states regarding expungement. Yes, there's a way to get an ARREST expunged, but if the case went BEYOND arrest, such that charges were actually filed, then without the charges being dropped due to limited circumstances such as mistaken identity, then even without a conviction, Indiana doesn't permit expungement. You can attempt to be one of the very few people to get a pardon from the governor, but even this won't negate the existance of the record.
