Parent's Liability After Consent to Pregnant 16 Year Old to Marry
My question involves marriage law for the State of: Tennessee
I may agree to allow my pregnant 16 yr old daughter to marry the baby daddy, will she then be considered a legal adult and/or am I still be legally responsible for her until she turns 18 even though she is married?

In the state of Tennessee, the marriage of a minor child serves to completely emancipate him/her from the care and control of his/her parents.
This means that once the child marries, you are no longer legally responsible for her.
