Failure to Return Rental Property

My question involves criminal law for the state of: VA
I am facing being charged for failure to return rental property for which I no longer have. Can someone please tell me if the warrent is issued in Virginia and I now live in Tennessee what is the process of arresting me?

If they put the warrant into the interstate system for nationwide pickup, any police officer who becomes aware of the warrant can arrest you on the warrant. That typically happens after a traffic stop. If there's a more limited pickup radius on the warrant, you would only be arrested within the pickup radius.
