No ORV Tabs Ticket

My question involves a traffic citation from the state of: WAshington

i got a no orv tabs ticket parts of it are not filled out..

ranger did not mark if it was traffic or non-traffic

also did not fill out the officer section at all... which i am hoping will be grounds to have the ticket dismissed but i wanted to check somewhere before going to court....


also anyone know if i go get orv tabs if the price of ticket will drop?

In terms of a check box, perhaps one of our Washington ticket gurus will comment, but minor clerical errors don't ordinarily result in dismissal. The "officer section" is what - the part where the officer was supposed to identify himself?

Whether or not the court or prosecutor will give you a break based upon your belatedly getting the tabs isn't something I can comment upon.
