My question involves child support in the State of: Mo
My ex has a judicial wage garnishment order. The problem is that the company
Consists of 3 people and he is part owner.
Frequently he tells me that they didn't get paid so he
cant pay me. He is two weeks to a month behind most of the time.
I got the order to stop this but now it seems
that child support enforcement won't do much to
help me.
They said they'll call them when he's 30 days late.
Well a phone call isn't going to do much.
Can I sue the company for contempt of court?
Any other ideas? I get the feeling that garnishments are
useless in these cases.
Also I have evidence from social networking
Sites that when he says he isn't getting paid he is
getting dental work done (has no insurance), is
reroofing his house and he has money to take our daughter out, buy her gifts and
has gas money.
I've already tried the attorney general's office and they wouldnt help me.
