Default Living in the Same Apartment Building

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Wisconsin Can people live in the same apartment building if there is a no contact order between to the two of them?

Yes. The two individuals must keep the contact to a minimum. That would include not riding in the same elevator car (if applicable), taking any reasonable alternate routes from the building that would not go past the other residence, etc.
