Default Mandatory Arbitration Clause
One last question, it is for a research paper.
I have to find an actual case ruling similar to the issue at hand. Mr. A bought a car from GM and part of the agreement was that any warranty dispute would be settled by binding arbitration (he bought the car at a discount because his wife workes for GM).
Now he is having problems with the car but he wants to sue instead of doing the arbitration.
My assignment is to find a similar case to determine if the arbitration agreement is binding or not.
I looked at www.courts.michigan.gov but none of the cases there were similar, where else can I look?

Default Case Law
If you're trying to get more Michigan case law, you can obtain it for a fee through services such as WestLaw and Lexis (or perhaps you can get a free account through your school), or for free in book form at any law library. For recent national case law, LexisOne offers a database covering the past five years.

I can't use any of those because we are not supposed to use the databases from school. I actually found from another student the exact case that I needed (the name) but I can't find the actual case. I looked on the Michigan Courts of Appeals for "Abela v. GM" but I can't find it, it is a recent case within the last 14 months.
Please Help

Default Pretty Darn Easy
Go to Google. Search for "Abela General Motors" and click "I'm feeling lucky". Click the link to "Opinion" at the top of the page.
