Fell Off Steps

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of:Maryland

A personal injury lawyer sent me a letter regarding a guest of a tenant falling off steps (2 risers) saying the guest fell and sustained injury.

-The steps do not have railing
-The tenant says the guest was drunk
-The fall could have been a maximum of 24inch from the ground to the top step.

what should I do??

The guest fell off of steps into the path of your car? Seriously - what does this question have to do with a car accident injury?

I expect that the letter suggested that you turn the claim over to your insurance company. That would be a sensible start.
