401k and Bankruptcy

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Nevada

Can our 401k be taken from us upon filing a Chapter 7? That is all we have, besides a car loan we'd like to reaffirm.

Assuming normal contributions, your retirement account is an exempt asset. Don't go cashing it out or taking loans against it.
