Default Cancelling Child Support from Payroll

My question involves child support in the State of: florida
i recently had to pick up a second job to be able to pay my support and pay my bills. a deduction order was given to my second job even though my full time job covers the full amount of what i owe monthly. now the full amount comes out of my regular job and a percentage of my part time job so i'm paying my full payments plus a half. how do i stop the deductions from my part time job so it only comes out of my full time one?

I am curious. How did they find out about your second job? And are they applying the amount the take from your second job to your arrears or giving the extra money to the CP?

Percentage-wise, what's the total amount you're being garnished?

they found out about the second job cause every time my social security # is tied to an income (through W-4's, etc.) a red flag goes up for a deduction order. my court order is for 800 a month but because of this little mix up about 1,100 is being deducted. this mix up is really effecting my bills and things like that. i really need a quick fix i anyone knows how to stop the paymeny from the second job. can i contact the payroll leasing company? do i have to go to court? what do i have to do?

"They" being whom? Your ex- and her attorney? The state department of revenue? A child support enforcement agency?

I suspect that your contribution toward your arrears has been increased due to their knowledge of your increased income. When you called 'them' to inquire about the new order, was that what you were told?
