My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Rhode Island
At the time that I had custedy of my kids, the dad and I when to court to file an agreement for visitations.
Over 10 years has pass since we signed the agreement. and now he has sole custedy of them, I never got to sign a new agreement for visitations, the judge left it up to us, to decide wich days i should visit the kids, and now he is denning me the right to see them, all because we had an argument.
My first question is does a court order that was made in 2001 for visitation ever expires?
My second Question is since the change of custedy, and the fact that there was NO new agreement sighned, can I still use this old agreement to see my kids?
mind you that the old agreement was done when I had custedy....
