How Do I File Paperwork With a Family Court for Unpaid Child Support

My question involves child support in the State of: GA
Just recently got my divorce , filed while been pregnant DUE assault caused by my husband. and 10 months later and a lot of contempt orders got it, but the problem is, he quit his job only reason refused to pay ch.support, but my attorney and myself were able to prove he does get income from militARY PAYING HIM 3,000 A MONTH TO GO TO SCHOOL and 250 retired check. also copy of his account transactions showed amount of money he could not explain at court and more, so the judge ordered to pay child support while the divorce was finalizing and right after, well is been 4 months and nothing,no pay or him looking 4 jobs.
my attorney advised me no to go to child support enforcement yet, until he finds a job is he does n.t they won't do anything, his license is suspended due to his previous unpaid child support so now he won't look 4 a job
well I can no longer afford her. the divorce took a lot of money still the judge ordered reimbursement , and still I owed, so may times she had to file for contempt in non payments medical bill and so on and now with 2 kids and me paying for everything is really hard
but she was nice to advised me to take him to family court, because if a go with child support, that's it, i can't do anything myself or hired her again. to take him for contempt so now am filing myself the paperwork for family court and send him to jail and if does not pay he wont get out, it worked the first time when my attorney sent him to jail for medical bills. he paid and got out.
but today went to the county, and they told me I havve to go to another county to download paperwork??? what kind, does anyone know the steps to go it on my own
please help
what kinda paper or set a court day?? am all counfused the only thing i Know he cant get away with it, the criminal case still waiting and now for non payments please i hope you understand reaSON WHY NOT TO child support. but thru family court

Why aren't you taking the order to the State Child Support Enforcement office and requesting their services for enforcement?
