Can My Case Be Sealed as a Juvenile Defendant

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New York

I plead guilty to a petit larceny charge when i was 21 but on my rap sheet it says that the crime happened when i was 20. could i pursue my case being sealed by youth defender in new york city

^^^ also my case is closed and i paid the $250 court fee

You were not charged with a juvenile offense, nor were you prosecuted in juvenile court. That's an adult offense.
