My question involves a condominium located in the State of: Florida
I recently bought a commercial office condo, I just moved in, the condo association want me to change the location of the entry door, right now it is located inside the condo, it's very beautiful entry, you have to go to security first , and then inside the condo you have few shops including my space. They want to close my entrance there and create a door outside of the condo on the parking garage, so the building can avoid all the peoples, workers, visitors of my space to go trough the lobby.
Is the condo or board can force me to accept this choice?
What's my options?
