Default Modifying Custody After a Default Divorce Judgment

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Georgia

I was divorced in Georgia, and I won't go on and on about the dirty skants of it; however I was never notified of my divorce court date and he was awarded everything. As far as material things; I am fine with that but my three children happened to fall suite in that. My question is, where can I go to get forms from Muscogee County in order to file for a modification. I do not get to see my kids nor even talk to them right now after being their sole provider and parent for nearly 11 years. I do not reside there and neither does he any longer and I'll be needing to do this on my own because the financial means just are not available. ANYTHING anybody can tell me to help me in this process or to gain some understanding on how everything works, would be more than appreciated. Thank you in advance.

So you have both moved out of Georgia? You know live where, and he and the children live where? For how long?

How long ago did you default? What's the background to this - you moved out and left him with the children? Why have you waited so long to take action?
