My question involves child support in the State of: Oklahoma. I believe my ex has lied about how much he makes per hour. His girlfriend works in the office of his place of employment but not in the human resources department. I was told that she scanned and altered one of his check stubs and printed that out for him to take to court. He never produced it at court because we were never asked to show proof. When we went to court the judge asked each of us what our hourly wages were. He told the judge he only made $15 an hour, which my son states is not true. Does the court not verify his income with his employer? The court clerk said I would have to have proof that he lied. How could I possibly get proof of what he really makes?
